Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor Degree S1 / S2 in Teknik Industri/Psikologi/Manajemen
Have 5 years experience in Pengembangan Organisasi dan Desain Kompetensi
Memahami proses dan tahapan HR Module di Sistem ERP/ SAP
Memahami proses & tahapan dalam melakukan penyusunan UTP & UPJ
Memiliki pemahaman dalam bidang Pengembangan SDM / Human Resources Management secara keseluruhan
Memiliki kemampuan untuk melakukan Job Analysis dan Job Design
Responsibilities:
Melakukan penyusunan & review nomenklatur jabatan agar sesuai dgn pedoman & kebijakan
Melakukan penyusunan layering jabatan, penentuan klasifikasi jabatan,lokasi jabatan utk menjadi kelengkapan organisasi yg akan di input ke sistem SAP
Melakukan & mengkoordinasikan dgn fungsi-fungsi terkait dalam penyusunan Uraian Tugas Pokok & Uraian Penilaian Jabatan
Menyusun Kode Bagian Organisasi (KBO) utk seluruh jabatan Manager ke atas yg digunakan utk administrasi & surat-menyurat
Memastikan organisasi beserta kelengkapannya (KBO,layering,lokasi jabatan, klasifikasi jabatan,cost center) sudah di input ke sistem SAP
Melakukan koordinasi dgn fungsi-fungsi terkait dlm pembuatan cost center & anggaran utk organisasi-organisasi baru/organisasi yg mengalami perubahan

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Provide Operational Support to the Department by responding to customers’ requirements and ensure that Operations. Activities are carried out in accordance with Indonesia Regulations, Internal BPQ requirements and HSE requirements Provide guidance; conduct familiarization training and on-job-training for new and existing staff on in-house systems and/or the working procedures to ensure the staff learn and contribute effectively on the operations Lead, motivate and supervise the Department Establish operational procedures / guidelines for vendors and contractors to ensure compliance or customers procedures and requirement
