Qualification & Experience:
Has 7 years of experience in Projects, Oil & Gas, Ocean & Air Freight Forwarding industry Possess literacy in MS Office and capability to use Client internal tools Possess literacy in Dangerous Goods cargoes Project and time management / time allocation and organizational for planning, analytical, customer-oriented and excellent interpersonal skills Good operational know-how
Min Diploma D3 ,
Project management skills
Analytical and processes skills (creativity/flexibility/strategic thinking) Strong communication & inter-personal skills (presentation/listening/persuasion)
Ability to work in a diverse environment and culture Strong customer relationship
building and alignment skills Self motivated, organized, focused, goal driven and able to manage him/herself
Team driven and good motivator excellent communication skills Analytical and
organizational skills Work independently and willing to travel Flexible and ability to work under pressure
Fluent English (written and spoken) and local language.

Job Description and Responsibilities:
Provide Operational Support to the Department by responding to customers’ requirements and ensure that Operations. Activities are carried out in accordance with Indonesia Regulations, Internal BPQ requirements and HSE requirements Provide guidance; conduct familiarization training and on-job-training for new and existing staff on in-house systems and/or the working procedures to ensure the staff learn and contribute effectively on the operations Lead, motivate and supervise the Department Establish operational procedures / guidelines for vendors and contractors to ensure compliance or customers procedures and requirement
